Our assessment philosophy

We communicate on a partnership basis – with you as our client and with the candidates to be assessed.

Irrespective of whether we give a recommendation at the end or not, we want the candidates to feel well looked after during the entire process. The professional and transparent assessment made by MPB is an important step in every candidates personal development.

A realistic and meaningful analysis can only be made if the assessed candidates feel that they can present themselves as they really are. To do so, we create a relaxed atmosphere and avoid unnecessary stress. A personal assessment or management assessment may be exerting and demanding, but must always be equitable and fair.

Our clients can follow some stages of the assessment on site, allowing our clients to experience their potential employee in a situation quite different from the initial interview.
